About the Role

Are you an experienced individual in motor insurance?

​

We’re seeking a Renewals Advisor to join our vibrant team. In this role you'll help customers to renew their policies with us across products.

​

What You'll Do

​

In your role you will manage existing clients while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

​​

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers.

- Proactively addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.

​- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes.​

-  Maximising customer retention.

​

What you'll need to succeed

​

We believe the following attributes will help you thrive in this role:

​

- At least 12 months motor insurance experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.

- A proactive problem-solver, dedicated to addressing client needs and concerns effectively.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

- Delivering good customer outcomes for our customer base.

- A strong understanding on compliance including Consumer Duty.
