We’re looking for a Development Underwriter to join our dynamic team in Hampton Hill. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing our underwriting processes and the development of new products as we expand our product offerings and explore new markets.

What You'll Do

​

As a Development Underwriter you will play a key role in evaluating and managing risk while ensuring exceptional support for our clients.

You’ll be responsible for:

 

- Analysing and assessing applications to determine risk profiles and coverage options, while ensuring alignment with our underwriting guidelines.

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with partners.

- Proactively addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including claims and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement.

- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.

- A strong understanding on compliance including Consumer Duty, Fair Value and associated FCA Regulation.
