Tony is a well known industry figure having previously been CEO of The A&A Group for over 35 years. He built A&A into a major player in the UK and French personal lines broking market. In addition Tony established Mulsanne, the Gibraltan based insurer. He brings senior leadership experience and a wealth of strategic business management.

Graeme is an experienced lead underwriter having specialised in the motor insurance market for over 30 years. During this time he was influential in the development of lifestyle rating to develop and launch some of the first extended rating structures. Graeme oversees product pricing, capacity management and has established a strong underwriting team.

Michael has a technical pricing background with over 20 years experience in personal lines motor. His role at IU is to develop and implement pricing strategies in conjunction with our underwriting team. Michael also manages our relationships with price comparison websites.
