Tony is a well known industry figure having previously been CEO of The A&A Group for over 35 years. He built A&A into a major player in the UK and French personal lines broking market. In addition Tony established Mulsanne, the Gibraltan based insurer. He brings senior leadership experience and a wealth of strategic management.
Graeme is an experienced lead underwriter having specialised in the motor insurance market for over 30 years. During this time he was influential in the development of lifestyle rating to develop and launch some of the first extended rating structures. Graeme oversees product pricing, capacity management and has established a strong underwriting team.
Lloyd is a highly accomplished individual with over 10 years in management roles in UK Motor. With a passion for innovation he has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth. His role at IU centres around pushing forward the business through creating value for our partners.
Shona manages the operations, accounts and compliance functions originating from a multi-discipline insurance background of over 20 years. Shona has a key role at IU to promote operational excellence and integrity across the organisation.
Michael has a technical pricing background with over 20 years experience in personal lines motor. His role at IU is to develop and implement pricing strategies in conjunction with our underwriting team. Michael also manages our relationships with price comparison websites.
Michael is an experienced individual who has been working in the motor insurance sector for over a decade. At IU he is responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team. His extensive experience involves knowledge of motor insurance products, customer relationship management, sales strategies and leadership.
