What You'll Do
As a Senior Sales Broker your role is to managing client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Proactively addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and a excellent experience.
