About the Role

We’re searching for a specialist schemes broker as we diversify our motor product lines. In this pivotal role you’ll help us drive growth in new markets within both personal and commercial lines.  

What You'll Do

Your role is to manage client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospective customers.

- Proactively addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive positive outcomes.

- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition and a excellent experience.

What you'll need to succeed

We believe the following attributes will help you thrive in this role:

- Experience in sales or a related field, ideally within motor insurance.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.

- A proactive problem-solver, dedicated to addressing client needs and concerns effectively.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.

- Delivering good customer outcomes for our customer base.

- A strong understanding on compliance including Consumer Duty.
