Customer Success Team Leader

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Team Leader to join our team. This role supports the Customer Success Manager and helps with the day-to-day oversight and management of the Customer Success Team.  

What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Team Leader, you will support the development of the team and manage client relationships, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and long-term value from our solutions.


Working closely with sales, underwriting, operations, and claims, you will help deliver a seamless customer experience while driving retention and identifying growth opportunities.


You’ll be responsible for:

- Dealing with more complex customer interactions

- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for support and queries.

- Supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring they receive timely assistance and guidance.

- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent service.

- Assisting with onboarding new clients and helping them get the most from our products and services.

- Monitoring customer feedback and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

- Supporting the sales and underwriting teams with client communications and relationship management.

- Providing feedback and insights from customers to help improve our services and overall customer experience.

What you'll need to succeed

We believe the following attributes will help you thrive in this role:

- At least 24 months motor insurance experience.

- Proven ability to manage multiple schemes simultaneously, ensuring performance targets and compliance standards are met.

- Be able to manage marketing spends, with the ability to optimise these over time to maximise profitability. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.

- A proactive problem-solver, dedicated to addressing client needs and concerns effectively.

- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes for both our customers and the business.

- An understanding on compliance reqiurements including Consumer Duty.
